This week, join Brandon Hanna (@brandonhanna07) talk about ‘Ghost games’ spotlight the psychological effect fans have on referees, FDA grants full approval for Pfizer-BioNTech coronavirus, and Vera Rubin’s work on dark matter led to a paradigm shift in cosmology! Crafted with the finest materials in the galaxy, this shirt is as durable as the Millennium Falcon and as soft as a Wookiee's fur. It's perfect for wearing to movie marathons, cosplay events, or even just lounging around the cantina, discussing the latest Star Wars theories with fellow enthusiasts. This retro travel postcard-style shirt welcomes visitors to the desert planet Tatooine, featuring its trademark peaks, dwellings, and its three moons. You can enjoy a laugh when non-fans will ask you where the exotic destination on your shirt is located. This eye-catching T-shirt features three easily recognizable ships: an X-wing starfighter, a Y-wing starfighter, and an A-wing interceptor soaring together in front of the Death Star. Any Star Wars fan would be thrilled to sport this shirt which evokes memories of when Luke blew up the Death Star from his X-wing in the Battle of Yavin. The cleverly designed print has the trails of the ships creating parallel stripes across the Death Star, making this one a little more stylish than your average Star Wars T-shirt. The Star Wars logo is small and subtle, making this a shirt only a true fan would recognize from across the room. There have been a lot of Star Wars periodic tables and infographics created over the years, but this one is the geekiest and most complex one I’ve seen yet. I can only imagine how long it took to put this whole thing together. It’s based on the three best Star Wars movies ever (of course that would be Star Wars episodes IV, V and VI). The original Star Wars trilogy is where it all started, and you’ve probably never seen those Star Wars characters presented in this way before. https://www.bloomberg.com/opinion/articles/2021-10-02/factory-grown-food-isn-t-science-fiction-anymore Brandon will provide Raul with a handful of different periodic table elements, some real and some fictional. Raul will have to guess which are real before the two discuss the elements and learn more about them!

Over 30 students helped design and 3D print an accessible periodic table display to celebrate the International Year of the Periodic Table. They learned and utilized TinkerCAD to create 3D-printable tiles that displayed the Braille and sign language for each element. Each tile is 127x127 mm (5 in x 5 in), creating an impressive 4 ft x 8 ft display! The color scheme of each element was another big aspect to consider. They ultimately decided to use colors based on Luke and Vader’s lightsabers. They started with green and red and worked through a color scheme to create a vintage vibe for the overall piece.https://www.sciencenewsforstudents.org/article/innovation-bacteria-spider-silk-stronger-steel-chemistry-engineering Within the UK and USA the price you see is the price you pay - you won't be charged any extra fees. This week, Raul Alejandro Mendoza (@thenerdychicano) sits down to join Brandon Hanna (@brandonhanna07) talk about the fossil footprints that show humans in North America more than 21,000 years ago, synthetic trees could tap underground water in arid areas, and more! This ultra soft, 100 percent cotton T-shirt is printed in the U.S. using eco-friendly inks. While the shirt is only available in men’s sizes, it can easily be worn by women as well by sizing down for a fitted look or up for an oversize, casual fit. After Boba Fett showed up in the Mandalorian, Din also made an appearance in a crossover in the Boba Fett series as well. Their paths will likely cross again in the future, making this shirt one that should remain relevant for years to come.
